
Amb. Moses Ihonde Rtd
Amb. Moses Ihonde is a retired career diplomat and consummate administrator with over two decades of experience in the management of regulated entities. He graduated from the University College Ibadan with a B.A (Lond.) degree in English History and Government in 1964 and did a post-graduate course at the University of Sao Paolo in Brazil.
A one-time Consular-General of the Nigerian Consulate General in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A, Amb. Ihonde served as Press Secretary to General Yakubu Gowon, Head of State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria between 1972 and 1975.
He also served as the President of the Nigeria-American Chamber of Commerce between 1996 and 1999.
Amb. Ihonde has held a couple of private sector directorial responsibilities including; Director, Union Bank of Nigeria (1985-1990), Chairman, Guardian Express Bank (2001- 2006) and Chairman, Gas Distribution Services Ltd (2006 till date).
