Dr. Olubunmi Peters
He is an excellent and a thoroughbred professional. A consummate manager of human and material resources with over 35 years post-graduation experience garnered in both the United States of America and Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a Masters degree program in Highway Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, California – USA.
He is a specialist in Engineering Economy and a consummate enthusiast of properly constituted infrastructure development, management and maintenance initiatives. He was the Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) from March 2006 to July 2009.
He retired from the Public Service of the Federation with effect from 1st October 2009. Dr. Peters is a respected community leader in various dimensions and holds numerous Board positions within and outside of Nigeria. Some of which include, Board Membership of Roads Nigeria PLC, Chair of the Board of Directors of Prepaid Medicare Services Limited, Chairmanship of Covenant Securities and Asset Management Limited and Member of the Board of Trustees of Shaw University, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA among others.
He represents ICIB and BP Investments Ltd – a diversified holding company with interest in several sectors. Olubunmi Peters is a proud platinum holder of America Express Credit Card since 1980 and has maintained perfect Credit Score history since 1975.
