Mary Ohalete

Mary Ohalete-Uwaoma is a Computer Science graduate of Federal Polytechnic Uwanna. She also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from National Open University.  Mary began a career as an IT trainer in 2009.

Mary joined Diamond bank as a marketer and gained knowledge in banking industry. She later joined XDS Credit Bureau which is now FirstCentral Credit Bureau in November 2009.

Prior to Mary’s appointment as the acting head of Marketing and business development, she has functioned in different areas like data analytics, data loading, client support, customer relationship management, sales support and sales supervisory role.

Mary has 10 years’ experience plus in credit bureau industry.  In pursuit of excellent customer service that is based on value realization, she became trained and certified in Information Technology Service Management.
