Mary is a first-degree graduate of Computer Science and holds an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Executive MBA of Lagos State University (ULBS). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.Mary joined Diamond bank as a marketer and gained valuable experience in the banking industry. She later joined XDS Credit Bureau, which is now First Central Credit Bureau in November 2009.Prior to Mary’s appointment as the head of Marketing and business development, she functioned in different areas like data analytics, data loading, client support, customer relationship management, sales support, and sale’s supervisory role. She is a keynote speaker and programme coordinator for many international programs, especially in credit and data related issues for financial and non-financial institutions.Mary has over 15 years’ experience in the credit bureau industry. In pursuit of excellent customer service that is based on value realization, she became trained and certified in Service Management. She is a goal oriented and customer centric individual.
